So it turns out our street loves bunting and ballons! All union jack themed of course!
So not wanting to look like slackers: I’ve grabbed left over tissue paper and sciccors and run up a couple of red, white and blue paper pom poms, ( see birthday pompoms post for the making details! So now at least we’ve got a door decordation and gate hanger – and dont look like grumps!!

So its the queens jubilee and we get lots of days off, streets dripping in bunting and all day partiss with sausage rolls and mini scotch eggs!. I’m mid making a red, white blue dress for baby! I made one for will and kates wedding last year too.
To be worn with a white t-shirt and bare legs – as its been so hot.
Oh my how’s she’s changed!
Dresses are very simple to make. I usually just grab a current dress and use that as the template – then zip it all together on the sewing machine!!
